Prenatal

• A complimentary meet and greet over the phone or Zoom.

• Two prenatal meetings where we focus on your birth preferences, preferred comfort techniques and labor positions, infant feeding support, newborn care, and postpartum healing. During these visits your doula will also answer any questions you have and provide additional resources as needed.

• Unlimited text, email, and phone support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.

During Labor and Birth

• Being on call for you as you await labor/birth.

• Your doula will attend your birth and give continuous support throughout your labor and birth by providing physical comfort, emotional support, and information to assist you in decision-making. 

• Support for your partner and any other support people, offering suggestions, information, assistance and reassurance as needed.

Postpartum

• Immediate postpartum support for 1-2 hours after your baby is born to assist with infant feeding as needed, and other early postpartum needs.

• One in-person postpartum meeting within the first two weeks of birth.

• Additional phone calls and Zoom visits as needed.
